CHRIS BATT CONSULTING is a consultancy focusing on two vital aspects of the development of public services - strategic visioning for the future and the training and development of staff to translate service priorities and innovation into effective and sustainable delivery.
The scope of the consultancy ranges from the integration of cultural services through understanding and exploiting the future of digital technologies to coaching individuals to improve their skills and performance.
